General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the online shop www.pavidecor.si are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes.
The General Terms and Conditions of Business regulate the way the online shop www.pavidecor.si operates, the rights and obligations of the provider (hereinafter referred to as the provider) and the visitors and users of the website (hereinafter referred to as the customer).
The Provider is Copia d.o.o., Cesta v Gorice 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, tax number: SI89893328, registration number: 5327580000, the company is subject to VAT.

ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION

The Supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer at all times:

  • the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration details),
  • contact details to enable the user to communicate with the provider,
  • the essential characteristics of the goods,
  • the terms of delivery,
  • clearly expressed prices for goods,
  • method of payment and delivery,
  • the time validity of the offer,
  • the period during which you can still withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal,
  • an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.

PRICES

Prices in the online shop www.pavidecor.si are expressed in euros and include VAT.
Prices do not include shipping costs.
Delivery terms and conditions are set out separately.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no further validity.
Prices are valid in the case of payment by the method published in the terms and conditions of the online shop www.pavidecor.si.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect.
In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the Provider will allow the Purchaser to withdraw from the purchase, and the Provider will offer the Purchaser a mutually satisfactory solution.
The contract of sale between the Provider and the Buyer is concluded at the moment when the Buyer confirms the order and receives an e-mail with the status – Order Confirmed.
From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Provider and the Buyer.

ORDER

  1. Order overview: a basket of selected products is displayed based on the customer’s product selection.
  2. Registration and login: based on the selected basket of products, the customer registers in the system or logs in.
    The user registers with his/her username and password.
  3. Entering a delivery address: the Buyer has the option to choose a different delivery address than the one entered during registration.
    This address is entered in the database as the delivery address.
    Depending on the value of the order, the delivery price will be displayed to the buyer – the delivery price included in the price or the delivery price according to the delivery price list.
    The delivery price for each order depends on the weight and other conditions of the order and is always displayed when viewing the order.
  4. View the full order and make payment: The order list and payment conditions are displayed.
  5. Order Confirmation: the Buyer receives an order confirmation notification to his/her e-mail address and at the same time a notification that the ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address as soon as possible.
  6. Dispatch of the goods: the tenderer prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed time limit.

PAYMENT OF GOODS

Payment for goods ordered in the online shop www.pavidecor.si can be made by card, PayPal or by prepayment.

DELIVERY

The goods ordered shall be delivered to the Buyer by the Supplier’s contractual partner at the Buyer’s address indicated in the order.
The delivery time for the ordered goods shall normally be between 3 and 5 working days.
The Supplier does not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Buyer may, within 24 hours of placing the order, send a cancellation of the order to the e-mail address na******@*******or.si .
The Buyer (applies to natural persons only) has the right to notify the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the contact e-mail address of the Seller that he/she withdraws from the contract, stating the reason for his/her decision.
The time limit starts to run from the date of acceptance.
The only cost to be borne by the Buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract shall be the cost of returning the goods.
The goods must be returned to the Seller no later than 5 days from the date of the withdrawal (purchase).
The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unused, in the quantity as sent to the Buyer.
The goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller’s address.
We do not accept redemption shipments.
If the Buyer cancels the order and returns the goods, the payments received shall be refunded to the Buyer in accordance with the law upon receipt of the goods and upon ascertaining that they are undamaged, in unchanged quantity and unused.
The costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal from the order shall be borne by the buyer.
We shall refund the money as soon as possible, but at the latest within 15 days of receipt of the cancellation notice and the return of the goods.
When returning the goods, the Buyer shall also send the invoice for the goods received and the transaction account to which he wishes the payment to be returned.

REFUSAL OF AN ORDER

The Tenderer reserves the right to refuse any order which it considers that it is unable to perform under the conditions and with the information available to it.

COMPLAINTS

If the buyer feels that the product received does not meet his/her needs and wishes, the provider will replace it with another product or refund the purchase price.
In this case, the buyer must return the undamaged and unused product in its original packaging to the provider’s address.
If the original packaging has been opened or the security seal has been removed, the return option does not apply.
If the Buyer discovers that the goods received are damaged, that the contents are missing and that the package shows signs of having been opened, the Buyer shall, immediately upon receipt of the goods, request that the postal service provider draw up a report, take a picture of the goods and send the whole to the e-mail address na******@*******or.si for complaint settlement.
Together with the contracted delivery company, the Tenderer will ensure that the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Provider undertakes to keep all personal data of the Customer secure at all times.
The Provider shall store indefinitely the IP addresses of all visitors to the online shop www.pavidecor.si, and in the case of registered customers: first and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with the Provider.
The Provider will use the personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, sending information material, offers, invoices and other necessary communication.
Under no circumstances will the Customer’s data be passed on to unauthorised persons.
The Buyer may at any time request access to and rectification, blocking, deletion or restriction of the processing of his personal data.
The Buyer is also responsible for the protection of his/her personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password and by using appropriate software (anti-virus) protection on his/her computer.

SAFETY

The online shop www.pavidecor.si uses several security protection systems to ensure adequate protection against the loss or misuse of data.

COMMUNICATION

The supplier will contact the buyer by means of distance communication only if the buyer does not expressly object.
Advertisement e-mails will be composed according to the following rules:

  • they will be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising messages,
  • the sender will be clearly visible,
  • various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be identified as such and the conditions for participation will be clearly defined,
  • a clear explanation of how to opt-out of receiving advertising messages,
  • the customer’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.

LIABILITY OF THE PROVIDER

The provider is not liable for the consequences of using the products in a way that is not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
This information is not a substitute for consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
The photographs of the products in the online shop www.pavidecor.si are symbolic and the textual material is for information purposes only.
Before using individual products, it is important to read the information and instructions on the packaging.
The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information in the online shop www.pavidecor.si is correct and that the offer is regularly updated.
However, if customers notice any errors, please bring them to our attention, for which we thank them in advance.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The Provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The Provider shall make every effort to comply with its obligation and to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.

The complaint handling process is confidential.
The Provider acknowledges that an essential characteristic of consumer disputes, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is their disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself.
This is also the main obstacle to a consumer not bringing a dispute before the courts.
Therefore, the provider shall make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
The provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Act on Electronic Commerce on the Market, the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Consumer Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not governed by these General Terms and Conditions. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we do our best to make our offer interesting and our purchases trustworthy.
