Terms of delivery

The goods ordered shall be delivered to the Buyer by the contractual partner of the Supplier (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) at the Buyer’s address in Slovenia, which is specified in the order.
The Contractor may notify the Buyer by text message prior to delivery.
The current contractors are Post of Slovenia and GLS.
The Contractor shall deliver the ordered goods to the addressee in person at the address chosen by the Buyer as the place of collection.
If there is no-one at home at the chosen address, the contractor leaves a note in the home mailbox indicating the collection point (a nearby branch) and the deadline for the addressee to collect the parcel.
If the addressee does not collect the item within the time limit specified in the notice, the item shall be returned to the sender.
In this case, the Provider shall be entitled to claim reimbursement of the costs incurred from the Customer.
The price for delivery of the goods shall be in accordance with the price list for each order published in the online shop or on the Provider’s website.
The delivery time for delivery of the goods shall normally be between 3 and 5 working days.
The Supplier does not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
In cases where the tenderer dispatches the goods ordered in time and in accordance with the contract, the tenderer shall not be liable for any excess delivery time of the delivery contractor.
The Buyer undertakes that, as a result of the delayed delivery of the goods or a different method of delivery of the goods, he waives other means of recovering the costs incurred, the purchase price paid and the delivery costs paid, such as, for example, claims for damages in the form of civil actions and the like, but retains all other minimum rights in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
The Buyer is obliged to collect the goods from the Contractor at the address chosen by the Buyer during the purchase process, under the conditions set by the Contractor.
On taking delivery, the Customer is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the goods received; no subsequent complaints are possible.
